    My landline is not working, phoned yesterday to inform them and another two times today. The recorded message just says the line is down and they are working on it. So much for them keeping me informed. As far as I know we have had no landline since Saturday. This has definitely made my mind up to leave talk talk the broadband is absolutely rubbish.My end of contract can’t come quick enough.

    As far as mobile phone service goes, this has got to be the most useless service I have ever been on. Transferred my old number from o2 to TalkTalk and now unable to phone into my mobile number. Constantly get “The number you have dialed is not recognized”. Called TalkTalk several times and been given assurances that the problem will be sorted but 2 weeks later still not working. Very disappointed and frustrated at having to constantly call and waste so much of my time on this.
