    Been poor connection all week and last 24hours not Internet I’ve used all my phone allowance and been charged more and then when try to phone get phoned off well your in breech of the contract so I’m not paying you another penny now for this crap service I don’t care if it gose to court as your the ones not holding your end of the contract. FYI sort this website out aswell absolute joke of a company especially after how much you charge your customers 7 years I’ve been with you and I get treated like this YOU A JOKE!!!!!

    Hi there
    I have a contract with yourselves and in July my son had his phone stolen which I am still paying for even though he has no phone I tried getting a replacement through my house insurance but didn’t manage to do it with the 28 days as stated because I was on holiday etc. I am wondering is there anything I can do to have a new SIM card with his existing number ? I’ve already paid two bills and have no phone if this is possible pls let me know, I did report it stolen and got calls stopped at the time.

    Cannot believe I’ve tried ringing EE on several occasions today only for the call to drop after 20/30 mins I’ve emailed and even tried contacting my local store with no answer as of tomorrow I will no longer be paying for a service you aren’t providing or willing to discuss. Do you research before buying guys check out there reviews on trustpilot this is not an isolated incident
